The purpose of COOMS is to honor the memory of Chukudi Omar Osahor by investing in the education of exceptional young students in the fields of Mathematics and the Sciences. 

COOMs has 3 objectives:

1. Identify promising young talent in Nigeria.
2. Fund their studies over a 3-year period, renewable annually.
3. Assist in their professional success through coaching, networking, and professional assistance.

We are looking for talented students who have high achievement, high ambition, high results and high goals for their future. We’re looking for students with a record of academic achievement of exceling above and beyond their peers, and have been able to consistently differentiate themselves with their results.

We’re looking for students who are leaders, people who stand above their peers and assist them in becoming better versions of themselves. We’re looking for students who have overcome challenges and adversity in a world where everybody faces difficulty.
